Introduction & Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to anyone who visits our website, makes a booking, or attends an event at Offer Impact Way. By using our site or services, you agree to the rules below.
Our venue at 337 South Road, Caversham, Dunedin 9012 provides in-person entertainment only. All activities are social, supervised, and intended for adults. Learn more about us, view our services, or discover the games.
User Obligations
Every guest helps us maintain a private, safe, and respectful atmosphere.
Age & Behaviour
All attendees must be 18 or older. Disruptive or intoxicated behaviour will not be tolerated.
Respect the Venue
Guests must follow dealer and host instructions, and treat equipment with care.
No Recording
Live streaming, video recording, and phone cameras at tables are strictly prohibited.
Entertainment Only
Games are played for amusement and social play. No real-money gambling is offered.
Payments & Cancellations
01 — Deposit
A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your reservation and secure the room.
02 — Final Balance
The remaining balance is due before or on the event date, as stated in your quote.
03 — Cancellation
Cancellations made within 48 hours may forfeit the full booking fee.
04 — Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule once, subject to availability and 24 hours’ notice.
Liability & Responsibility
We take every reasonable precaution to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, but we cannot be held liable for personal loss, injury, or damage caused by a guest’s own negligence, intoxication, or breach of these terms.
Personal belongings remain the guest’s responsibility. We strongly recommend leaving valuables at home.
Offer Impact Way is an entertainment venue only. We do not offer financial, legal, or gambling advice, and we do not process cash prizes or payouts.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising from your use of our website or attendance at our venue will be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
